I recently tweeted a list of schools who leverage a hashtag to grow their learning communities. Shortly after I received a number of updates so I thought a quick post might be a better way to curate them.
Why use a school hashtag?
Shekou International School noted improved classroom transparency, de-privatisation of practice, vertical PK12 connections, trans-disciplinary opportunities, sharing of passions, brand exposure (circa 20 million impressions) and tangible recruiting benefits.
